How to get rid of a pimple overnight

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could go to bed and overnight our pimples have gone? Well it is possible to reduce the pimple but not always make it disappear. Here are a few tips to speed up the healing process and learn how to get rid of a pimple overnight

Put lemon juice on the pimple you want to go and leave it over night, it should dry up and excess oil and stop further infection.

Benzoyl peroxide is a well know treatment for acne, it works well on blackheads as well as pimples making them clear up faster and quicker. Add some benzoyl peroxide to the pimple and leave over night, this should speed things up and make your zit go away quicker. But be warned try not to use it all over your face as it can dry your skin out making it flaky.

Tea tree oil is a used in many acne treatments on the market today, and there is a reason why, it helps kill any bacteria creating the pimple keeping redness and inflammation at bay. Add a little bit of tree oil to the skin and leave over night.

Once a pimple has formed a good way to reduce redness and inflammation is to put ice on the pimple for about 15 minutes. This way if the pimple has just formed you can cover it better with makeup.

One common treatment people are told to do is use toothpaste on the area, However this is not a good treatment of acne. The toothpaste is too harsh for our skin and will make the pimple stick around longer than it should. Toothpaste contains chemicals too harsh for our skin. It is designed to kill bacteria on our teeth which are much stronger than our skin, it is best to avoid this method because it will do your skin more harm than good.

All these methods should be used individually using them together may aggravate your skin more. You can try them all out and then decide what the best method is for you.
